Terms & Conditions
Amplitude Gymnastics Club Lateness Policy
To ensure a safe, productive, and well-structured training environment, all gymnasts are expected to arrive on time for every session.
Arrival Requirement
All gymnasts must be inside the gym, ready to begin warm-up, by their session start time. Gymnasts are allowed into the gym 5 minutes before their session start time and a 5-minute grace period is allowed to accommodate minor, occasional delays.
Warm-up is a critical part of training that helps prevent injuries and prepares athletes for the skills they will be working on.
Late Arrivals
Any gymnast who arrives after the 5 minute grace period will not be permitted to participate in that session. This policy is for the safety of the athlete, as missing the warm-up significantly increases the risk of injury.
Parent & Athlete Responsibility
We ask families to plan ahead and allow sufficient time for travel and parking. If you anticipate being late due to an unavoidable circumstance, please notify the club as early as possible. While notification is appreciated, it does not guarantee participation if the gymnast arrives after warm-up.
Consistency & Safety
This policy is applied consistently to all gymnasts, regardless of age or skill level, to maintain fairness and uphold safety standards in the gym.
Thank you for supporting a safe training environment for all athletes.
Amplitude Gymnastics Club Leaving Policy
To ensure smooth class planning and staffing, we require all members to provide notice when ending their membership.
Notice Requirement
Families must give 4 weeks’ notice, either verbally or in writing, if a gymnast wishes to leave the club. Notice must be given directly to the Club Administrator/Manager or through the clubs communication channels (email or text). This ensures that your notice is recorded correctly and prevents any misunderstandings.
Fees During Notice Period
If notice is not given, or if a gymnast stops attending immediately, 4 weeks of session fees will still be charged. This applies regardless of attendance, as the gymnast’s place in the class continues to be held for that period.
Final Payments
All outstanding fees for the 4-week notice period must be paid in full before the gymnast’s membership can be closed.
Why This Policy Exists
This policy ensures fairness to all members and allows the club to manage coaching ratios, staffing, and waiting lists effectively. It helps maintain a high-quality and safe training environment for all gymnasts.

Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Online payment via our Class4Kids booking system
- Cash payments
Cash Payment Guidelines
Cash payments are only accepted during the first two weeks of each term.
After this period, all payments must be made online through Class4Kids. This ensures accurate record-keeping and secures your child’s place for the remainder of the term.
Booking and Enrolment
- A child’s place in a class is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- Families choosing to pay in cash must do so within the first two weeks to avoid losing their place.
Outstanding Payments
- Children will not be booked onto the next term if there are any outstanding fees from previous terms unless an agreement has been made with the club.
- All outstanding balances must be cleared before re-enrolment can be processed.
Late or Missing Payments
- Failure to make payment—without any communication or acknowledgement from the parent—may result in the child’s space being released and offered to another family.
- Consistent late payments may also affect the child’s ability to secure a place in future terms.
Refunds and Session Cancellations
- If session cancellations occur (e.g., coach illness, hall closure, or other circumstances), we will either refund the amount paid or deduct the equivalent value from the following term’s fees.
- Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
