These classes are suitable for all genders and abilities. There is a focus within these classes of developing gymnastics skills in a fun, energetic atmosphere. These lessons will work on childrens' balance, strength, flexibility, coordination , confidence and general fitness, building these key foundation skills in an encouraging and friendly atompshere. These classes are for gymnasts who need an emphasis on fun within their training while still working towards our annual club competitions.
